I was contacted this week by this AMAZING theater group in Chicago called WildClaw. "WildClaw Theatre brings the world of horror to the stage." That of course got my attention, and I instantly wanted to go to Chicago to see one of their productions. It seems that they were having a benefit event to raise money for their next season. One of their main projects was a world premiere of a new adaptation of HP Lovecraft's The Shadow Over Innsmouth. After hearing that there is no way I could turn them down, being a HUGE Lovecraft fan myself. But the theme of the fundraising event it what REALLY got me jealous, "The theme of the party is based on Poe's Masque of the Red Death with a Dark Steampunk Twist. It will be held at the beautiful Knickerbocker Hotel on Chicago's Magnificent Mile." HOW COOL IS THAT!!! A steampunk Masque of the Red Death! That is something my dreams are made of. So I had to donate this clock hand hair comb to help out in any way I could. Pleas visit www.wildclawtheatre.com and wildclawbloodradio.blogspot.com/ to find more out about their amazing organization.
