Sooooo... now I want a Guinea Pig. Thank you Sky Pirate Creations for posting this.
Well, look who turned up all dapper and adorable on my work bench today. The steampunk ringmaster himself with his cloud of bats in tow. He turned out even better than I envisioned him.
I will be needing two of these steampunk light with vacuum tubes for my steampunk laboratory room, thank you very much. I would ask for more, but I don't want to be too greedy.
Isn't this just stunning! It's an Astronomical Clock, Old Town Hall Tower in Prague, Czech Republic. I've always had a fascination with large town clocks. Imagine an age when you didn't know exactly what time it was. When clocks weren't regularly available to common people and all you had to rely on was the sun, and the bells from your church or town square clock. And this one is so complex with it's moon phases. Just lovely!
One of my favorites is the clock face image below. It's from the Tower Clock in Hampton Court Palace, England. I was lucky enough to see it in person, and have never forgotten it.
I have seriously fallen in love with these tea cups. So of course I'm day dreaming about the Steampunk Nemo-esk outfit I would wear to a 20,000 leagues under the sea tea party that these would be used at. Aren't they just simply AMAZING!
No matter how many times I watch this video it still makes me smile. The song is great, but the artwork by Dan Hillier makes it Steampunk or Neo-Victorian magic!
Isn't this the most amazing compound bow you have ever seen! I just LOVE Steampunk remakes of everyday items. I don't care that it could never work it's a thing of beauty! The only credits I found for this stunning piece of artwork are listed below, but they aren't very useful so if anyone has a better link for credit please pass it along so I can change the post because I would love to see more of their work.

EJPcreations is a mad scientist of a woman specializing in creating tiaras, necklaces, and fascinators, with a noir, and gothic flair. All adornments have a hint of vampire elegance, a dash of Steampunk bravado, and plenty of Neo-Victorian sensibilities.
