My SWEET Dance Baby Dance tiara... well it was based on the Labyrinth Ball scene, but I can't stop singing that song
Why, yes I was channeling the ballroom scene in Labyrinth when I made this tiara. How did you guess. And as I look at it's picture I can hear the dance baby dance song in my head right now. And it is AWESOME!
I just love how this distressed antique gold color is turning out. I loved it so much that I had to make a tiara out of it fit for a lovely elegant mermaid.
This adorable tiara was so much fun to make. It is just perfect for that elegant steampunk Neo Victorian bride or Labyrinth or Edwardian Ball. Or could you just imaging what fun it would be to add a little spice to your tea time. A tiara that will leave your followers stunned into submission, and clamoring to carry out your regal orders.
I hope 2016 is amazing and filled with joy for all! Oh, and full of tiaras too of course, and moments that are tiara worthy as well.
Finishing up this sweet little hair comb on this beautiful afternoon.
I changed gears a little bit in the last couple of weeks so I could play with some lovely peacock feathers that I have. So of course I had to make up some hair clips and fascinators. I just love the antique brass filigree peices with the feathers, just so decident! And PERFECT for the bohemian steampunk bride!
I finally have a little time to work on some peacock feather hair clips and fascinators. I just love the antique brass filigree peices with the feathers. They remind me of Thailand for some reason.
Looking through a sea of tiaras I've been working on all day while watching The Jinx on HBO. These are seriously my new favorite tiara that I've been making.
Here is a beautiful little set I've been working on for the last couple of weeks. Its a custom order for an Evil Queen costume. Her amazing dress incorporates both silver and gold elements so I had to reflect that in the necklace and clock hand tiara.
